Director of Operations

The Role

You own everything behind the curtain: production, warehousing, prep, fulfillment, demand planning, and keeping us in stock. Amazon 3P is our engine, and you need expert-level command of it. This is a hands-on role at a fast-moving eight-figure brand. You set the strategy and you do the work.

What You Own

• Production planning with our manufacturers through to finished goods, including raw material positioning.
• Demand planning and in-stock rates across every channel. Days of inventory on hand is your scoreboard.
• Warehousing, prep, and fulfillment: Amazon FBA (primary), TikTok Shop, DTC, and 3PL performance.
• Retail EDI orders: trading partner setup, routing compliance, and clean fulfillment.
• NetSuite as ERP owner. It runs correctly and accurately on your watch.
• Inventory accuracy across all locations: 3PLs, Amazon FBA, TikTok FBA, and raw materials at our

manufacturers.

• Risk mitigation: supplier redundancy, safety stock strategy, and contingency plans before we need them.
• Lead time optimization, so when demand spikes we flex instead of standing there like a garden hose at a house fire.

What You Bring

• Expert-level Amazon 3P and FBA operations. Non-negotiable, and first on the list for a reason.
• 7+ years in supply chain and operations at a consumer brand, owning demand planning and multichannel fulfillment.
• Hands-on NetSuite administration and direct EDI experience with major retailers.
• Comfort with the numbers: fill rate, DIO, landed cost, and lead times.
• Lean Six Sigma manufacturing expertise: you have applied it to cut lead times, reduce waste and defects, and build processes that hold up when volume spikes.
• A builder mentality: documentation and systems over becoming the single point of failure.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
