That’s why we’ve launched Simply List Now—a nationwide network connecting homeowners with qualified local real estate agents.

We're looking for an exceptional Director of Agent Network Development who knows how to recruit, build teams, develop relationships, and scale a network.

Your First 30-Day Mission

Build the foundation of our agent network across our 12-state footprint, establish strong coverage in our highest-volume markets, and create a scalable recruiting and onboarding system.

After the initial buildout, you'll own the day-to-day growth, management, engagement, and performance of the agent network.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and onboard licensed real estate agents across multiple states
• Build relationships with agents, brokers, teams, and real estate organizations
• Develop and execute our agent recruiting strategy
• Identify coverage gaps by market, county, city, and ZIP code
• Interview, qualify, onboard, and activate agents
• Coordinate seller opportunities with qualified local agents
• Manage ongoing agent relationships and communication
• Track response times, appointments, listings, closings, and conversion rates
• Build recruiting scripts, SOPs, CRM workflows, and KPIs
• Improve agent engagement, accountability, and performance
• Recruit and eventually manage additional recruiters
• Help expand Simply List into a
