The Director of National Accounts is responsible for driving group revenue and group sales performance within the revenue organization of Half Moon. The role is responsible for cultivating and managing key customer relationships in the group market, maximizing overall revenue, and ensuring that production goals and client expectations are met. This includes the development and execution of tactical sales plans to increase group revenue, grow market share and enhance the reputation of Half Moon and Salamander Collection.

### ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Direct Sales

Achieve revenue targets and meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as established by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Develop and manage a Key Account list that addresses the current and future business needs of the Resort.

Plan and execute sales calls and attend organized Sales Missions and Roadshows to develop new accounts, maintain, and close business.

Collaborate with the Salamander Collection GSO Team and third-party partners to identify new opportunities, close business and achieve annual revenue goals.

Schedule and coordinate regular visits to the Resort to conduct site inspections, attend FAM Trips, and strengthen relationships with the property team members.

Serve as the Resort’s regional group market liaison with key third-party partners including ALHI, TENEO, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, The Beyond Collection, HelmsBriscoe, Conference Direct and others.

Conduct quarterly Key Account reviews with the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Manage, lead and participate in any projects assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Grow market share and account acquisition based on the business needs of the Resort with specific emphasis on corporate, insurance and incentive segmen
