Ensure materials align with established brand standards and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve marketing-related compliance issues.
- Systems, Tools & Platforms: Identify opportunities to improve NAF-supported marketing systems, tools, platforms, and workflows. Partner with internal teams and vendors to implement improvements, establish appropriate tracking, and increase efficiency, scalability, adoption, and performance.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage assigned marketing vendor relationships, monitor performance against expectations, and address opportunities or concerns. Support the Head of Marketing in evaluating potential partners and coordinating vendor education and Fireside Chats.
- Marketing Training: Present assigned marketing curriculum during OXP and maintain training content as programs and resources evolve. Support development of the post-OXP 90-day marketing program and transition of new owners to the Field Marketing team for ongoing owner enablement.
- Strategic Initiatives & Team Execution: Support the Head of Marketing on key national initiatives, including Nesto, by coordinating assigned marketing resources, deliverables, timelines, and reporting. Help maintain accountability across team priorities and escalate risks, resource needs, or strategic decisions as appropriate.
- Performance & Optimization: Monitor program, campaign, platform, and vendor KPIs; identify trends and opportunities; and recommend improvements to marketing performance, processes, and execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand Leadership, Field Marketing, Operations, Creative, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure national marketing initiatives are aligned and executed effectively. Support major events and other departmental priorities as needed.
