Brandt has invested in business intelligence since 2018 and is now modernizing its architecture by building an enterprise data platform in Microsoft Fabric.

The Director of Data & Analytics will lead this next phase of the company's enterprise data and analytics strategy. Building on an established, high-performing team, this newly created role will provide strategic and technical leadership for the architecture, governance, and continued development of the enterprise data model, Microsoft Fabric environment, semantic layer, and business intelligence platform.

The Director reports to the Chief Financial Officer and has a dotted-line relationship to the Chief Technology Officer. The Director will partner with these executive leaders and other business stakeholders to prioritize analytics initiatives and develop a data ecosystem that supports operational excellence, customer success, regulatory reporting,
