About the Role

As our Director of Customer Implementation, you'll provide day-to-day and strategic leadership for how new customers onboard onto Curantis. You'll manage a team of Implementation Managers, personally stay hands-on with key customer implementations, and define and refine the methodologies that make onboarding successful and repeatable.

You'll work in close collaboration with our Training team on planning and execution, and you'll partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to keep the customer journey aligned from contract through go-live and beyond—bringing a blend of operational excellence, customer relationship management, and technical understanding to every engagement.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership * Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement * Support your team's growth through consistent one-on-ones, performance conversations, goal-setting, and quarterly and annual reviews * Interview candidates and contribute to hiring decisions as the team grows
