The Role DISA Uranium is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to support the evaluation and execution of strategic growth opportunities across the uranium sector.

This is a multidisciplinary role at the intersection of geology, mining, strategy and transactions. The successful candidate will have a strong technical understanding of mining projects — preferably with a background in geology — combined with commercial experience evaluating assets and transactions.

The Director will play a key role in determining where DISA Uranium deploys capital, helping evaluate and prioritize acquisition, investment, joint venture and other strategic opportunities across a growing pipeline.

The role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with DISA Uranium’s technical, operating, finance and executive teams.

The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is not purely a geologist and not purely a finance professional. We are looking for someone who can operate effectively between DISA Uranium’s technical and commercial teams — someone capable of understanding what makes a uranium resource or mining project technically compelling while also thinking critically about valuation, transaction structure, strategic fit and risk.
