The Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Admissions to lead our admissions team, strengthen enrollment processes, and enhance the prospective-student experience. This fully remote leadership position reports directly to the President.
The Director of Admissions will lead the College's admissions operations from initial inquiry through enrollment and the start of classes. We are looking for a leader who understands that successful enrollment management requires more than generating applications: it requires effective processes, staff development, data analysis, conversion improvement, and responsive prospective-student service. The Director will also assist College leadership with the continued development of international recruitment opportunities.
Occasional evening availability may be required to accommodate prospective students and College activities. Limited travel may occasionally be required for recruitment activities, conferences, or international initiatives.
Here is What You Will Do
- Lead and manage the Admissions Department and Admissions Representatives.
- Manage the complete admissions funnel from inquiry through enrollment and start.
- Establish standards for inquiry response and applicant follow-up.
- Improve application completion, enrollment conversion, and student-start rates.
- Identify stalled applicants and develop appropriate follow-up strategies.
- Develop enrollment goals, forecasts, and a performance dashboard.
- Provide weekly enrollment and pipeline reporting to the President.
- Evaluate lead sources and collaborate with Marketing, Financial Aid, Student Services, Academics, and other departments.
- Improve admissions email, telephone, text, and CRM communication processes.
- Assist with international recruitment strategies, international inquiry processes, prospective markets, partnerships, and virtual recruiting activities.
- Ensure ethical, accurate, and compliant admissions practices.
Here is What You Will Need
