How You Will Make An Impact
- Own the marketing function end-to-end, establishing priorities, operating rhythms, and clear accountability for delivery across strategic and executional work.
- Provide leadership and direction to internal and external marketing resources, including agencies and cross-functional contributors, while fostering strong collaboration and high performance.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, proactively identifying needs, solving problems, and driving work forward without requiring close supervision or micromanagement.
- Maintain transparent communication with Commercial and senior leadership on priorities, progress, performance, risks, and opportunities.
What you will bring to the role
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally including ownership of a broad marketing function in a B2B life sciences, pharmaceutical, CDMO, biotechnology, diagnostics, medical device, or similarly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people, agencies, and cross-functional contributors. Formal people-management experience preferred where applicable to final role level.
- Pharmaceutical development, and client service delivery models.
- Strong strategic marketing judgment with the ability to translate commercial goals into positioning, messaging, lead-generation strategies, and executable marketing plans.
- Hands-on operator who is equally comfortable setting strategy and managing executional details, including events, collateral, content, digital campaigns, and internal coordination.
- Highly self-directed and organized, with the judgment and prioritization skills to independently manage the marketing function and move high-impact initiatives forward.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and effectively engage technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, social media engagement, content marketing, SEO, digital analytics, and performance measurement.
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with preference for Salesforce.com (SFDC), and ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline outcomes.
- Experience working in regulated or technical industries; pharmaceutical services/CDMO experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support marketing operations, analysis, and reporting.
