About the role

* We are looking for a solutions-focused Director-level attorney. The role reports to the General Counsel.

Responsibilities include

• Negotiate agreements with customers.
• Develop customer-centric solutions to ensure both legal compliance is achieved and internal and external customer needs are satisfied.
• Supporting business operations and providing direction and counsel regarding compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and staying abreast of laws, legislative developments and developing external trends.

About you

EDUCATION

* Juris Doctorate degree (or equivalent) from an ABA accredited law school Licensed in good standing to practice law in at least one State

EXPERIENCE

• 15+ years' experience (10+ prior inhouse counsel experience required)
• Current member of the bar or able to be admitted to the inhouse counsel ba
