Director, Global Benefits & Wellbeing

We have an opportunity for a Director, Global Benefits & Wellbeing to join our Total Rewards team. This role may be based in Seattle/Tacoma or remotely within the United States and reports to the VP, Total Rewards. In this pivotal role, you will lead and develop a globally distributed benefits team while owning the strategy, design, governance, and continuous evolution of Infoblox’s benefits and wellbeing programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will deliver market-competitive, equitable, compliant, and employee-centered offerings that scale with the business. Collaborating closely with HR Ope
