Are you an operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments where safety, people, and performance matter most?

We are seeking a visionary Director, Field Operations to lead our transportation fleet and terminal operations across the US.

This role requires a safety-focused operational leader with deep expertise in fleet management, terminal operations, regulatory compliance, and technology-enabled performance improvement, including experience with fleet telematics platforms such as Samsara and a strong understanding of PSM and environmental compliance requirements.
