Position Summary

CSL is seeking a Director, DOE Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of architecture-engineering task orders with the U.S. Department of Energy. This is a full-time position emphasizing professional adaptability, sound judgment under multiple concurrent deadlines, and strong client-facing communication.

The role does not require a professional engineering license or an engineering degree. It does require substantial, demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary design and engineering projects. A successful candidate will be comfortable directing, reviewing, and holding accountable the work of electrical, mechanical, civil, and other engineering disciplines without personally performing that engineering work.
