Your Impact

* + Lead the strategic development of

direct mail

fundraising programs

helping to integrate cross-channel efforts

identifying

opportunities to increase revenue, donor value, engagement, and long-term growth. + Translate donor insights, performance data, audience segmentation, and market trends into clear recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes. + Partner with channel experts across

Digital, DRTV, Analytics, and Client Success to build fully integrated fundraising strategies and campaign roadmaps + Guide audience targeting, segmentation, modeling strategies, and implementation plans to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. + Monitor program performance against goals, proactively

identifying

optimization

opportunities

and strategic pivots that improve results. + Present strategic recommendations, performance insights, and quarterly business reviews to executive-level client stakeholders with confidence and credibility. + Serve as a collaborative leader across internal teams and agency partners, bringing innovative thinking, alignment, and accountability to every engagement.

Your Profile

* + 6-10+ years of experience in direct response marketing, fundraising strategy, agency consulting, or a related strategic advisory environment. + Deep

expertise

in direct mail fundraising, with working knowledge of digital, sustainer, telemarketing, social, mobile, events, or integrated donor engagement programs. + Proven ability to

leverage

data, analytics, and audience insights to influence strategy and achieve fundraising growth. + Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising, donor behavior, audience segmentation, and constituent lifecycle marketing. + - Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Strategic thinker with a natural curiosity, strong business acumen, and a talent for turning complexity into clear action. - Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable, with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. - Ability to travel ~10-20% of the time.
