About the Role

We're looking for a Director, Data Innovation & Strategy on the Commercial Effectiveness team to help us expand what's possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Senior Director, Data Strategy and Innovation, you'll define and drive the Commercial data innovation strategy to enable measurable business value. You'll serve as the business owner of data and innovation use case identification, prioritization, value assessment, and governance across Commercial — partnering closely with Brand, Marketing, Field Strategy & Operations, Insights & Analytics, Data Management, and IT to ensure initiatives are aligned to business priorities, scalable, and compliant with governance standards What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and lead the Commercial data and innovation agenda, driving meaningful impact for patients and the business. You'll also:

• Define and maintain the Commercial Data and Innovation roadmaps aligned to business strategy for each brand, establishing structured intake, evaluation, and prioritization frameworks for traditional and emerging data initiatives
• Serve as the strategic advisor to Commercial leadership on data innovation opportunities, risks, and competitive differentiation, re-imagining Commercial
