As Director, Corporate Development, you will play a critical role in defining and advancing the company's long-term growth strategy through the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities. Working closely with executive leadership, you will identify emerging market opportunities, build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential targets, and develop compelling business cases that support enterprise-wide growth initiatives. This highly visible role combines strategic thinking, financial acumen, market intelligence, and relationship management to accelerate innovation, expand capabilities, and create lasting value for the organization.

*We strongly prefer this position to be based in Omaha, NE, and relocation assistance is available. Exceptional remote candidates will be considered; however, extensive travel, including regular trips to Omaha, will be required to support business objectives and stakeholder engagement.*

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

• Estimated Salary: $155,000-$210,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
