We’re seeking a Director, AR Strategy, Analytics & Operations to join us. This is a remote position.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will turn complex accounts receivable questions into data-backed operational action. You’ll investigate large datasets, identify root causes, recommend solutions, communicate with clients and senior leaders, and drive agreed-upon actions through completion.

This role blends analytics, healthcare revenue cycle operations, project execution, and client communication. It may initially have limited or no direct reports, so success requires strong independent ownership and the ability to influence outcomes across teams.

What you’ll do

* Own complex AR investigations and selected operational functions from initial question through resolution and ongoing monitoring. * Query and analyze large datasets to identify AR, denial, claim rejection, reimbursement, payer, and workflow trends. * Determine root causes by connecting data findings to operational processes, then translate findings into practical action plans. * Write and modify SQL queries used for operational analysis and performance monitoring. * Prepare client-specific AR performance reviews and concise executive-level summaries of complex issues. * Pa
