Position Summary

The Development Director is responsible for leading and executing the chapter's fundraising efforts, with a strong emphasis on individual giving, corporate partnerships, special events, volunteer and donor recruitment & cultivation, and community engagement. This role ensures alignment with organization and department policies and procedures, maintains accurate donor data in the CRM system, and drives revenue growth to support the area and chapter's goals. This role is a fully remote role-based in Tyler, TX, and the selected candidate must reside in the area.
