Responsibilities

• Oversee practice operations, including scheduling, medical records management, and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and FDA guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to NCQA standards, healthcare quality improvement protocols, and utilization management policies.
• Implement and monitor electronic health records for accurate documentation and efficient workflow..
