As the Cluster Director of Business Development for Alila Ventana Big Sur and Alila Napa Valley, you will lead a leisure sales team and drive commercial success across a cluster of luxury resorts through strategic leadership, tailored sales planning, and deep engagement with high-level internal and external stakeholders. You’ll partner closely with on-property Directors of Sales and Marketing and collaborate with regional commercial team, the Hyatt Sales Force, and key luxury travel influencers in all transient market segments to deliver measurable growth in revenue.

• Provide unified but customized sales leadership for your assignment markets and hotels
