We are an early-stage UK insurtech building a technology-led platform designed to modernise how SMEs understand, manage and insure business risk.

We are looking for an ambitious CTO / Technical Co-Founder to join the founding team and take ownership of the technology as we move from early MVP into customer testing and commercial launch.

The company has already developed an early MVP, secured initial businesses for product testing and established relationships across the insurance ecosystem.

We were also selected as a final 20 company from 225 applicants for Lloyd’s Lab in 2026 and have since been accepted into a leading international accelerator programme focused on risk and technology, beginning in October 2026.

The Role

This is a hands-on founding role rather than a traditional corporate CTO position.

You will

• Take ownership of our existing early MVP and lead its continued development
• Define the technical architecture and product roadmap
• Build and iterate rapidly based on customer feedback
• Develop integrations with third-party platforms and data sources
• Help build data-driven and AI-enabled product functionality
• Ensure the platform is secure, scalable and suitable for a financial-services environment
• Make key decisions around infrastructure, architecture and engineering
• Build and lead the engineering team as the company grows
• Work closely with the founders across product, strategy and fundraising
