About EDM Lead Network
EDM Lead Network is a fast-growing performance marketing and technology company connecting advertisers and publishers across insurance, financial services, home services, legal, travel, and real estate.
Our technology supports the real-time buying, selling, routing, tracking, compliance, and monetization of inbound calls, live transfers, form fills, appointments, website traffic, and aged consumer data. Our platforms serve advertisers, publishers, brokers, and internal operations teams at scale.
We are hiring a full-time Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology organization, strengthen our existing platforms, and build the infrastructure required to grow EDM Lead Network into a $100 million company.

This is a hands-on executive role. The ideal candidate can develop long-term technical strategy while working closely with engineers to solve immediate platform, integration, reporting, and scalability challenges.
The CTO will partner with executive leadership, sales, operations, accounting, compliance, advertisers, and publishers to ensure that technology directly supports revenue growth, profitability, client retention, and operational efficiency.

- Define clear ownership, accountability, coding standards, documentation requirements, and release procedures.
- Implement disciplined sprint planning, code review, quality assurance, testing, and deployment processes.
- Recruit additional engineers, product managers, data specialists, or contractors when needed.
- Establish realistic delivery timelines and communicate delays or risks early.
- Reduce dependence on individual developers by improving documentation, cross-training, and system ownership.
- Review architecture and critical code to maintain performance, security, and long-term maintainability.

- Improve support for ping-post, postback, webhook, API, SIP, call-routing, and real-time bidding workflows.
- Automate advertiser and publisher onboarding, billing, reconciliation, quality-control feedback, reporting, and support processes.
- Introduce AI and automation where they can measurably increase revenue, reduce costs, improve compliance, or eliminate repetitive work.
- Ensure integrations are documented, monitored, and resilient to third-party failures.
Data and Business Intelligence
- Establish a reliable source of truth for operational and financial data.
- Improve reporting for revenue, gross profit, margin, consumption, conversion, advertiser performance, publisher performance, disputes, refunds, and call quality.
- Partner with accounting and operations to ensure platform data reconciles with billing and payment records.
- Develop dashboards and alerts that help leadership identify opportunities and problems in real time.

- Protect consumer, advertiser, publisher, employee, payment, and company data.
- Implement role-based access controls, multifactor authentication, encryption, audit logs, vulnerability management, and secure development practices.
- Maintain vendor-access controls and promptly remove access for former employees and contractors.
- Support compliance with applicable privacy, telecommunications, marketing, and data-protection requirements.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams on consent records, suppression processes, DNC requirements, data lineage, and audit readiness.
- Develop and test incident-response and data-breach procedures.
- Create a roadmap toward appropriate security standards or certifications as business needs evolve.
Commercial and Operational Partnership
- Work directly with sales and operations to accelerate advertiser launches and publisher monetization.
- Participate in strategic client conversations when technical expertise is required.
- Evaluate the commercial impact and return on investment of proposed platform features.
- Prioritize development based on revenue potential, margin impact, customer experience, compliance exposure, and operational savings.
