Chief of Staff

Job Summary

The Chief of Staff partners with executive leadership to turn strategic priorities into coordinated action. You’ll connect teams, strengthen business and operational management, and help leaders make clear, data-driven decisions. This role calls for sound judgment, strong communication, and the ability to move complex work forward across the organization.

Duties

• Coordinate strategic planning and project management across functions, aligning owners, timelines, and decisions.
• Advise senior leadership and support executive leadership with concise analysis, preparation, and verbal communication.
• Oversee business management, operations management, and executive-level team management; develop team leadership and team development practices.
• Support financial management, budgeting, and executive-level budget management, using data to guide resource decisions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities; contribute to business development, negotiation, and strategic management initiatives.

Experience

• Demonstrated leadership, management, and team leadership experience, including work with senior or executive leaders.
• Experience in project management, strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and business management; executive-level budget experience is valuable.
• Strong verbal communication with executives, sound judgment, and a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Experience in negotiation, business development, process improvement, or team development is preferred.

Pay: $190,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
