About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead patient acquisition, appointment conversion, retention, and overall practice growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scaling marketing operations and increasing patient volume, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on increasing new-patient acquisition and practice revenue.
• Lead digital marketing, local market outreach, referral programs, and other patient acquisition channels.
• Improve conversion rates from inquiries and leads to booked appointments and completed visits.
• Partner with practice and operations teams to reduce appointment no-shows and improve patient retention.
• Develop patient reactivation campaigns to bring existing and inactive patients back into the practice.
• Own marketing budgets, KPIs, ROI, and performance reporting.
• Analyze marketing and patient acquisition data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and manage external marketing agencies, vendors, and internal marketing resources as needed.
• Establish scalable marketing processes across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Marketing, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success driving patient growth in dental practices or healthcare organizations.
• Strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, patient acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and measuring marketing ROI.
• Strong analytical and performance-management capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Must currently reside in Florida or be willing to relocate to Florida.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
