What we built

Every wireless device in a building already broadcasts a continuous signal. Phones, wearables, machines, sensors. Nobody has ever built the infrastructure to read it. We did.

The Mitalmor Group has built a passive RF spatial intelligence platform. A single node replaces a standard enterprise WiFi access point and, from that same ceiling mount, identifies, locates, and authenticates every wireless device in range with sub-10cm accuracy across WiFi, BLE, UWB, cellular, and RFID simultaneously. No tags. No cameras. No app. No opt-in.

Twenty issued patents. A working prototype validated at sub-10cm accuracy. One node replaces three to four legacy real-time location systems at a fraction of the cost, because it arrives inside a WiFi refresh line item instead of a new capital project.

Where we actually are

A very small founding team. Pre-revenue. Prototype validated, seed not yet closed. No sales team, no customer base, no commercial playbook exists yet.

This is a builder's seat, not a management seat. If that sounds like the wrong stage for you, it probably is, and better to know now than in month three.

The role

We are hiring the CEO who takes a validated hardware platform and turns it into a company. Enterprise WiFi created Cisco. Mobile created Qualcomm. The physical intelligence layer, the layer that tells software where things actually are in the real world, has never had a platform company. That is the opportunity.

You will own the beachhead decision (retail loss prevention, healthcare asset visibility, commercial real estate, corrections, financial services compliance, or supply chain custody, six markets with real funded pain, and you make the call on where we go first), the first enterprise customers (pilots, LOIs, referenceable accounts, sourced from your own relationships, not cold outreach), the seed raise (pipeline, data room, term sheet, close, with the co-founders standing beside you in every room that matters
