Job Description
Build and co-own a Walls To Go branch in your metro area.
We're looking for an entrepreneurial sales leader to launch a Walls To Go branch in a major U.S. metropolitan area as its Managing Partner. You get 20% ownership of the branch and a performance-based pay package. No capital investment is required.
This is not a salaried job. It's a partnership for someone who wants to build a local business that can later be sold to a strategic investor, with the parent company handling product, logistics and technology.
Location
major U.S. metropolitan areas. This is a field role: you build the branch in the metro area where you live.
About Walls To Go
Walls To Go (wallstogo.com) sells pre-designed, ready-to-install wall systems (TV walls, living rooms, bedrooms, offices). More than 100 designs are in stock. They ship nationwide as pre-cut kits for DIY or handyman installation. The concept grew out of WallPanels.com, a South Florida custom wall design company with 10 years on the market, 2,000+ completed projects and nearly 500K Instagram followers (@wallpanels_com). Walls To Go makes that designer look faster and more affordable, and sells it through local dealers.
What the parent company provides
- Product collections, inventory, warehousing and direct-to-customer drop-ship
- A branded e-commerce website for every dealer, with live sales and commission tracking
- In-store display walls, TV presentations with over-the-air content updates, and promo materials
- Marketing, samples, paid-ads support, training and a sales playbook
- A personalized presentation website for you: www.walls2go.us/dealers
What you will do
- Build a network of active local dealers: furniture and flooring stores, window-treatment and cabinet showrooms, design studios, builders, remodelers, realtors and flippers
- Present the dealer program, negotiate and close dealer onboarding
- Coordinate display-wall and TV installations and train dealer sales staff
- Keep dealers selling: follow-ups, promotions, and order flow through their websites and stores
- Track pipeline and results, and later hire and lead a small branch team
How you are paid (performance-based)
- 5% of sales generated by your dealer network, from the first month
- Branch payroll fund: paid to yourself, or used to build your team as the branch grows
- 20% of year-end branch profit (dividends)
- 20% of the branch's value at exit. The branch is built to be sold to a strategic investor within about 24 months. You can cash out or stay.
Candidates who pass the screening questions receive the full Partner Package: the branch business plan, the illustrative financial model and the partnership terms. Plan figures are a scenario, not a guarantee of earnings. Results depend on your performance and the market.
Start with a "test drive"
Before signing anything, you'll meet 2–3 potential dealers in your area with our support and hear their feedback on the product, pricing and margins. If you then decide not to take on the partnership, you can keep working with us as an independent sales representative, earning 8% commission on sales from the dealers you bring in.
Who you are
- 5+ years in B2B sales or account management, ideally selling to showrooms, retailers, designers or contractors (building materials, flooring, cabinetry, furniture, window treatments, home improvement)
- Based in a major metropolitan area, with a local network in the remodeling and interiors community
- Comfortable in the field: store visits, presentations and closing
- Organized follow-up and pipeline discipline (a CRM is a plus)
- An owner's mindset: you want upside, not just a paycheck
- Experience launching a territory, branch or dealer network is a strong plus
How to apply
Apply here and answer the short screening questions. See what your dealers will sell: www.walls2go.us/dealers. Qualified candidates receive the full Partner Package within 2 business days.
