Job Description
MISSION STATEMENT At New Way Forward (NWF) Strategies, we're committed to making politics more accessible to all. We've developed curated strategies to provide candidates the necessary resources to run highly-effective, people-powered campaigns. Starting at the grassroots level, NWF exists to catalyze innovation in campaign strategy and technology.
Our team consists of leaders selected from a multitude of backgrounds. With diverse, first-hand knowledge in effective campaigning, we realized that key inefficiencies permeate the political sphere, inflating costs and increasing barriers. By leveraging technology with our political experience, we support aspiring change-makers in their journey to generate positive impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO We launched our fundraising solutions in Q1 of 2024, since then we've led record-setting fundraising efforts, from Summer Lee and Cori Bush's, to more recently Zohran Mamdani's historic victory, and then in 2026 to progressive campaigns nationwide like Angie Nixon, Claire Valdez, Analilia Meijia, Chris Rabb, and more.
Campaign Fundraising Directors will support clientele across all levels by overseeing call-time for campaigns, creating finance plans and tracking materials, overseeing digital and text fundraising, and leading events management and tracking.
The campaign process ultimately begins and ends at ground zero. Expect to play a role in the various key decision-making moments throughout the course of the campaign. With this in mind, applicants should hold prior experience in campaign work, with the passion, discipline, and initiative to support and represent NWF Strategies nationwide.
