Responsibilities / Position overview

We are seeking an Associate Account Director to join our account services team within our Market Access division. The Associate Account Director is responsible for developing, managing, and directing all aspects of various market access projects and clients, including project planning, project management, budget coordination and oversight, and project communication.The Associate Account Director will leverage their comprehensive understanding of the marketplace to define short and long-term strategies to meet market access objectives and build on the development of proposed solutions and projects.

Key responsibilities include:* Regular contact and meetings with clients to maintain/grow current relationships. * Plans, organizes and participates in client pitch presentations * Works with internal teams to develop contracts, project estimates, budget proposals, and strategic initiatives for submission to client * Contributes to the development of product strategy and implementation of communication plans * Manages junior account team members and is responsible for leadership of projects from planning to completion * Develops and maintains strong relationships with faculty and client contacts (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Medical and Compliance) * Oversees and directs project(s) through external vendors and internal departments as
