The Role

The Area Director of Operations - IL/AA will oversee Vitality’s independent living and active adult portfolio. They will manage the Executive Directors at each community and will be responsible for hiring, coaching, engaging, and developing those individuals. This person will also partner with the Executive Directors to ensure we have the right Sales Directors in place and we are hitting or exceeding occupancy targets. The Area Director’s performance will be judged based on operational and sales targets. This position is responsible for the designated area markets in Virginia, Tennessee, and Georgia.

We’re looking for an ideal candidate who resides in Virginia, Tennessee, or Georgia, preferably within convenient proximity to a major airport to accommodate travel requirements.
